Shipping Policy

We deliver to Austria, Belgium, Finland, Germany, Italy, Netherlands. Our online shop is also available in France, Spain, the United Kingdom. If you are located in France, Spain, or the United Kingdom, you can shop by navigating to the bottom of this page and select your location.

Delivery is free of charge if you reach the minimum order value of £79.99 . Otherwise, the standard delivery fee is £7.99 .

Standard delivery: We will inform you about the expected delivery time of your order at checkout and in your order confirmation email - this time may vary according to the selected items and the shipping method.

Once your parcel has been handed over to one of our logistics partners, you will receive your order's tracking number along with the delivery confirmation via email. This will allow you to check the status of your delivery online using our logistic partner's tracking portal.

*Rules & Restrictions:

- Orders are shipped Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

- No delivery on bank holidays.

- All orders will also require a signature upon receipt. This process has been put in place to ensure you receive the goods that you have ordered.

Delivery Attempts

If you are not available to receive your delivery, the carrier might leave a contact card (depending on type of delivery service and carrier) at your address indicating when they will attempt to re-deliver the package. If you are not able to receive the parcel on the last attempt the carrier is willing to make, it will be returned to the carrier depot. You will then have to contact the carrier to make arrangements for the collection, otherwise the order will be returned to our warehouse and you will be refunded through your original payment method.

Shipping Address Change

Please note that once your order has been placed, unfortunately we are unable to cancel your order or change your billing/shipping information.

We therefore recommend checking the delivery address information before placing an order. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can simply return your order by following the instructions in the return delivery note.
